  2. Pour the cream into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add the sugar and cardamom. Bring to a boil over a medium heat, but do not boil. Take the cream off the heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Next, add the ground almonds and stir. After this cream should be cooled.

For those who like to drink both smoothies and coffee in the morning, there is an ideal option – to combine everything in one drink. For the base, milk or yogurt is the best, and all the ingredients need to be pre-cooled in the refrigerator. The recipe is extremely simple, and the preparation will take a minimum of time.

Ingredients:

  • espresso – 250 ml
  • yogurt – 250 ml
  • bananas – 1 pc
  • sweet syrup – to taste
  • cinnamon – to taste
  • mint – 1 twig

Method of preparation:
